Our marshmallow is sandwiched between two locally handmade Brookies (Brownie cookies) made by The Cookie Guy with LOVE and real butter :)). Decadent and luscious. Perfect with a cuppa. Choose either Vanilla Bean OR Peppermint marshmallow as your centre Our favourite is the peppermint, as we think it works so well with the dark chocolate cookie. But Vanilla
