FALKLAND ISLANDS 1935 SG140d Used Silver Jubilee 2½d variety Flagstaff on right-hand turret digital-edition and ¬Ωd green1935 Silver Jubilee 2d brown and deep blue, block of 4 from vignette plate "5", the upper left stamp variety "Flagstaff on right hand turret" (R7 1), tied to piece by individual fine strikes of type FB1 "FOX BAY FALKLAND ISLANDS" cds, dated "18 DE 35". Attractive and very scarce. Only 394 possible, from Jan 1935 first printing (1574 sheets, from vignette plates 5 8), very few of which are likely to have been used in Fox Bay. P234004434
