Cape of Good Hope SG 19a Used 1863-64 4d blue strip of 3 new-edition 1918 (18 SEP) registered "Oswald1863 64 4d blue (toward pale blue), DLR printing, imperforate strip of 3 with good to enormous margins showing traces of adjoining stamps on two sides, lightly cancelled by two strikes of triangular obliterator.
