Penderyn 'Sherrywood' Welsh Single Malt 46% Caledonian An evocative swirling smoke startsThis 'Sherrywood' release from Penderyn has been matured in both ex bourbon and ex oloroso sherry casks. Dark fruit and toffee come together with fresh green apples and hazelnuts on the nose. The palate has a sweetness to it which moves into a refreshing dryness. Sweetness from notes of toffee and sultanas produce a long finish.
