Hand harvested fruit is gently destemmed and fermented with wild yeasts, followed by maturation in a mix of seasoned and new French oak to enhance texture without overpowering the fruit. Fragrant aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry and rose petal rise from the glass, layered with subtle spice, forest floor and a hint of oak toast. The palate
