We opted to mess around with a new to us hop the elusive Anchovy from the folks @segalhopranch. A super fun experimental hop that is throwing watermelon hard candy, raspberry, and more danky pine then expected which pairs interestingly with the white peach, tropical fruit and red berry notes from the @freestylehops
