I'm From Rice Toner 150ml Farouk Systems Gloss Bomb Oil is theRice bran is doing the work here a gentle carbohydrate that sits on the skin and tells it to stop panicking. Good for anyone whose skin swings between tight and inflamed, or just wants the actual hydration step without the actives.
