Tasting Note Amber tawny in the glass. The nose leans into dried fruit, nuts and caramel, with the fruit sitting a little further back than in a younger Tawny. On the palate it is smooth and layered, with concentrated acidity balancing the richness, so it feels mellow and complex without turning heavy. Long, polished and properly after dinner
