Georges Deschamps Chablis Bourgogne AOC but on a different levelThe Georges Deschamps label honours the third generation of the Vrignaud family, with the fifth generation winemaker, Guillaume, at the helm. An independent producer in Chablis, the estate has been organic since 2009, earning certification in 2012. Gently harvested and whole bunch pressed, this wine undergoes a long, natural fermentation in stainless steel. It spends around 12 months on lees, followed by another 12 months aging in stainless steel.
