The hoops themselves measure just over 2" wide. I believe these stones are NATURAL, which means they have not been pressure treated plasticized. As a jewelry wearer, this means they need extra care in order to avoid turquoise discoloration by perfumes, face makeups, soap, body oils, etc. Handmade by me, Stephanie Stamp, under the sunny skies
