After whole bunch pressing Viognier for a white wine, the skins are thoughtfully combined with a select batch of Shiraz. This co fermentation weaves the two varieties together, creating a harmonious blend. Dark berries and plums meld effortlessly with soft undertones of peaches and apricots.
