Early Original Mies van der Rohe ‘MR10’ Chairs by Bononia, Pre-1968 70s italian chair Manufactured in Italy in theIconic set of four MR10 cantilever dining chairs in thick cognac saddle leather with tubular chromed steel frames. The leather is beautifully aged, showing natural patina and laced back detailing typical of Italian production from the 1970s. Originally designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe in 1927 for the Weissenhof Estate, these licensed pieces stem from Bononia design, a subset of Gavina which existed until 1968 when it was acquired by Knoll, who
