Of bright, blue glazed faience, she is shown mummiform with details in black pigment, wearing a tripartite wig, her crossed arms with clenched hands each holding agricultural tools for work in the afterlife, a vertical column of text at the front reads: "The Osiris, Djed khonsu iwes ankh, true of voice".
