Fruit from the 35+ year old Greenstone vineyard delivers generous mid palate peach and stone fruit, while the high altitude Strathbogie component (Upton Run Block 16) adds precision and mineral drive. Hand picked in the early morning and wild fermented in oak, the wine spent 12
