A Dwiggins and himself. In time, other notables of the lettering and printing arts were elected to membership. Others might receive certificates of appreciation. Boston calligrapher (and later a president of the Society of Printers) received this certificate in 1953 for his work as an instructor in calligraphy at the Museum of Fine Arts School.
