Broad Arrow Sparkling Brut Montepulciano d'Abruzzo ancient variety

ancient variety

Feels fancy but unadorned where fruit does the work over winemaking

Perched on the hill of Chablis Grands Crus and facing south to southwest

most notably as head winemaker at Stoniers and then Yabby Lake

Grown in the cooler
