Nose: Sweet vanilla and honeyed wood. Forest fruits, blackberries and oak. Sherry influence is prominent, a subtle kick of spice. Palate: Spicy and sweet. Caramel takes a hold, with notes of spicy wood and pepper. Sweet dried fruits, raisins and peanuts. Finish: Dry, wood, oak and malt. Sherry's presence is much more noteworthy.
