*PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS*- Turn your press to 320 degrees- Press your garment for 8 seconds to remove the moisture- Place the print on the shirt and press for 20 seconds with heat press- Take off press and instantly press hard over the design with a rubbing motion- Let Fully cool completely before peeling- Peel cover-off design- Place the garment with a Teflon sheet on the garment and repress for 8 seconds- This is a cold peel**SHIPPING**Orders are shipped USPS First Class ETA 2-6 days shipping time
