Pommery Champagne Brut Nature Cuvee Louise 2004 New 660 cases madeThe 2004 Brut Cuve Louise offers up delicate aromas of honeyed orchard fruit, flowers and caramel, followed by a medium to full bodied palate that's crisp and incisive, with a tight knit core, a pinpoint mousse and a moderately persistent finish. While the wine needs a little bottle age to open up, I was hoping for more concentration and mid palate presence.
