Domaine La Barroche Chateauneuf-Du-Pape region_champagne Fermentation took place in 2Producer 62% Grenache, 18% Mourvedre, 12% Syrah, 6% Cinsault and 1% Vaccarese and 1% other varieties. De stemmed, macerated on skins for more than 4 weeks and fermented in concrete tanks. The Grenache is then aged for 18 months in large oak foudres and blended with the other varieties before bottling. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Tasting Note "Lavender, pastis and warm stone notes liberally infuse a core of steeped cherry and plum paste flavors in
