Lillet Blanc Vermouth 750mL SpainGonzalez Byass sleek with intense earthy peatThis classic Bordeaux aperitif is made from a base of dry wine, and that typically the wine is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, but with more emphasis on Semillon the favoured grape of Sauternes. It has a golden colour with candied orange, honey, pine resin, lime and fresh mint aromas. Full and rich on the palate with a delightfully long aftertaste, you should serve this very well chilled, ideally with a slice of lemon!
