醸造方法：ブドウ畑は、南西向きの標高300ｍに位置し、海洋性粘土質の土壌です。ブドウは丁寧に選別され、カゴを用いて手摘みで収穫を行います。ワイナリーに運ばれ、種子を取り除いたブドウを手作業で選果し、80％新樽のフランス製オーク樽で24ヶ月間熟成させた後、瓶熟成を12ヶ月間行います。
