Maya Legend Collectible Black Cotton and Jade Pendant Necklace Dog Supplements Leather in a rainbow ofMaya legend tells of how the god of maize used three jade stones to hold up the sky apart from the sea. The ancient Maya deposited three jades in the tombs of the aristocracy, for the green gem came to be regarded as a sacred stone and source of life. Keeping with tradition, Guatemala's Ruben and Gilda Perez showcase the natural beauty of light and dark jade in a pendant that is crafted by hand with sterling silver and worn on a cotton cord. . 925
