Pearson Estate 'Mon Cheval' Rosé 2022 Pask caramel sweetness and some lovelyRemarkably crisp, dry style of Pinot Noir ros that is more about fine grained texture than excessive fruitiness. Handpicked Pinot Noir grapes were temperature control fermented then matured for 4 months in old barriques before bottling. A hint of exotic spices and a whiff of cherry flesh on the nose. The palate is gentle and very dry, reminding us more of European style ros, specifically Sancerre.
