It was hand made and not mass manufactured at this stage, and the craftsmanship is evident! Its perfect for a stew pot, for small proteins like game birds, or for baking bread. It does NOT sit flat so while usable for glass and induction, it is best for gas and electric coil. The skillet has been restored back to its original surface, and seasoned three times with our oil
