A modern style vermouth created from premium New Zealand grapes and a medicinal combination of fresh botanicals

The base wine was blended from components which were aged on lees for up to five years

The palate is textural

Enjoy it with equal parts soda water and a squeeze of lime or add to your glass of Prosecco for added punch

followed by a lingering sweetness of passion fruit  and lychee

Burn Cottage 'Moonlight Race' Pinot Noir 2023 Malbec A modern style vermouth createdWe selected a parcel of Pinot Noir from the Burn Cottage Vineyard and combined it with a second parcel of wine from our Sauvage Vineyard to create the Moonlight Race 2018. The combination of these two biodynamically managed sites delivers a wine with wonderful savoury and herb tones, supported by spice, red fruit, pepper and mineral complexity. Supple and elegant, the wine is focused with a lovely freshness with fine smooth tannins.
