5% Triple IPA brewed with oats and hopped with a scandalous amount of our hand-selected Citra and Simcoe from Yakima Chief

Eclipse and Vic Secret and is brewed with plenty of oats to keep it nice and silky

It's one of the first beers we made when we started and one of only 6 IPAs we ever put in a bottle

So here we are -- 4 different hops in a single IPA

For this brew, we used a modified grain bill and a brand new to us hop. The inspiration for this beer was one of the finest pale ales we've ever had which was brewed by @thebeakbrewery in the UK.
