The handles were removed and re-coated with a black gloss enamel so they are still the originals

They handle well, are light as can be for a cast iron pan, they have the Griswold touch for finish and design AND this one is in fantastic shape. They were made as an off brand skillet or "price fighter" for back then, but for what it's worth, these rival the block and slant logo skillets with ease.
