Oak is at the fore of this one's flavour profile particularly robust and intense for a Lowland expression. Waxy orange peel, forest floor, a light touch of damson on the nose. Peppery cedar and resinous pine on the palate. With layers of toffee and buttered bread, with some Sherried fruit, too. Caramelised peach and another kick of oak y spice on the finish. 700mL 50. 3%ABV
