Fulton, NY Heavy forged steel butcher's meat cleaver manufactured by Foster Bros., a well known American maker of professional butcher knives and meat processing tools. The broad rectangular blade features a rounded hanging hole at the upper corner and is fitted with its original hardwood handle secured by three brass rivets. The handle is clearly stamped "FOSTER BROS.," identifying the maker. With its
