Black side plates with a light gold frame and foot with a silver spool and crank handle. "Bill Ballan" engraved into the counterbalance. I can find a few very minor marks from handling but I doubt this reel has ever been fished. Should work nicely with a #3 or #4. Comes in a suede zipper pouch.
