Vintage User Modified Woodturning Chisel Pen knife The ratcheting system is stillInteresting chisel which appears to be a user modified item. The steel has been shortened from a large chisel, the letter L stamped into it which I think is likely to be the end of Warranted Cast Steel or similar. There are no visible makers marks.
