Ruth Lewandowski, Stock Pot Grüner Veltliner Vintage:2024 bright sipOne of my favorite characteristics of this grape is how absolutely savory it can be. Chicken stock, white pepper, haricots verts, pea shoots these are all potentials with this grape. So, naturally, we turn it up to 11 by skin fermenting it. This is all of those things, almost absurdly so, with a slice of green apple and beguiling iris flower.
