Like all SLJ items this piece was hand carved and finished by Steph Lusted's own hands in her central Wellington Workshop in New Zealand

The setting is created from two leaves on either side of the stone which playfully overlap each other to become the claws which hold the stone

Horses have always been a symbol of strength and power cross culturally

My idea here is to take a finger print from your own finger and the finger of your partner
