The base is made of rust free cast aluminum with fiberglass arms. The fiberglass arms flex in strong winds transferring some of the wind load off the banner. Stainless steel bands make installation easy. Single Banner Bracket Kits include 2 brackets, 2 fiberglass arms, 2 end caps, 2 pins, 2 rings, 4 40" stainless steel bands and 2 zip ties.
