Chicago Vintage scientific calssroom laboratroy model of an animal cell. This piece was designed and sold by Turtox through the GBSH, a Chicago based manufacturer of scientific models and handbooks. This particular piece appears to depict an animal cell, as evidenced by the organelles present. It is believed to be chalkware and is mounted on a metal base with a still present manufacturer's tag.
