Deep green tourmaline and silky, blue moonstones (so redolent of the arts and crafts movement) and wonderful, hand made craftsmanship. As for the attribution, we try not to throw names around willy nilly; we've seen some of these design features before on guild pieces the 3 little balls, the jagged, crimped settings, rope twist borders and it certainly seems to have
