HL Leonard Model 38-H Fly Rod 7' 2/2 #3/4 11'3" The ferrules are size 14/64An H. L. Leonard 38 H bamboo fly rod, 7', 2 piece, 2 tip, and built for a #4 line. Serial #555 (which I believe dates this to 1968). Normally I would list this as a #4 but it seems a bit slower than most of the 38 H's I have felt and I could see using a #3. 2. 8 ounces on my scale.
