For sale here is a very fine example of Julius Vom Hofe's size 3 1/2 ebonite-rimmed fly reel

Mechanically the reel is still in good condition with a RHW fixed check and some end play like most Uniqua-style reels

One tip is down 1 1/2" (at the ferrule) and the repair was done very nicely

3 1/2” dia Young’s for Allcocks

The reel is in excellent used condition and the spare spool is mint
