Q: What seasons can I wear this dress

Recommended: Black off the shoulder swimsuit with mesh cut-outs Here are other favorites I have that are flattering: 13

It was way too tight in the shoulders, arms, and waist, too. My usual size, S, didnt come anywhere close to buttoning over my 38C chest and was tight through the arms as well

It's an elegant midi with angelic sleeves, a gathered-front seam and pretty waterfall hemline

Flat thong sandals or bare feet keep the look minimal

That super wide hat or sky skimming fascinator is definitely going obstruct the view of the poor race fan seated behind you who is also trying to spot the winner headed for the finish line
