Absolutely stunning vintage Hawaiian NEON cotton maxi dress with an effervescent full length watteau style deep pleating down the back, giving fab flare behind, even further accentuated by the low scooped back. The pattern is positively cheerful, with oversized irises on an abstracted palm frond background in lemon yellow, tangerine, hot pink and subtle magenta lines.
