60s Hand Made Red Plaid Wool Dress they are in the surfaceThis dress is in excellent condition with a few particular notes. One button popped off and got lost so it now has 5 instead of 4. It has a raw hem that should be sewn by someone unlike me, who can actually use their sewing machine. The other note is that it is not lined, so yes, it's itchy.
