Opening with notes of beeswax, iris butter, roasted pineapple, and nutmeg, the nose is gradually enveloped by aromas of ginger, malt, and earth (oily peat). After a while, chocolate and honey notes develop (heather, linden blossom). Taste : Lively, distinctive. On the palate, medicinal notes (ointment), smoke, and lemon (peel) emerge, along with the same honey notes as on the nose. These are followed by cocoa powder, grain (corn,
