Its pale yellow colour with greenish reflections matches a light, aromatic character, while its rounded flavour and savouriness underline its personality and structure. Grape variety: Incrocio Manzoni Vinification: six months' ageing in stainless steel. Tasting notes: Straw yellow with green reflections.
