BIO Natural Red - Gemischter Satz 2025 Alk. 40.5% vol. Aging: 24 months in newOne of the oldest mixed set of vineyards owned by the Fuchs Steinklammer family, in which red and white grape varieties grow together. A special wine the process of "carbonic acid maceration" (French: macration carbonique) creates a fresh, light footed red wine. In the Beaujolais, this method is mostly used to produce the Beaujolais Primeur. The wine was fermented spontaneously, neither fined nor filtered and minimally sulphurised.
