Description

nestled in Chavignol

La vinification adopte une approche minimale en sulfites

The grapes are hand-harvested

This dry macerated wine is made from Gewurztraminer grapes grown in the exceptional Salzhof terroir

with its limestone soils at an altitude of 250 meters

Bulle Nature Blanc 2023 Capacity:75 cl nestled in ChavignolUpon arrival at the winery, the grapes are mechanically pressed. The juice is then transferred to vats to begin alcoholic fermentation. Before the sugars (15 g L) have fully fermented, the wine is bottled. It is neither disgorged nor fined, and no sulfites are added!
