The meticulous winemaking process includes a cold pre fermentation maceration followed by a long immersion of 25 to 40 days, ensuring optimal expression of aromas. The complex aging process, first in tanks and then in barrels for 40 months, imparts exceptional depth to the wine, while the quality of the terroir enriches its unique character.
