Persanne 2011 (Magnum) Bulles a texture that is both100% Mondeuse, vinified without input and bottled without filtration or added sulphur. A dense red almost still young despite its age marked both by its fruit (berries) and by the natural rusticity of the grape variety, combined with the strong earthy character of the terroir.
