Sauternes 2020 OP_playlist_2026 The harvest is done byThis dry white wine is the result of meticulous craftsmanship, with no chaptalization involved, guaranteeing exceptional purity. Run by Daniel and Valrie Alibrand on a gravelly sandy terroir, the vineyard benefits from organic farming practices. The harvest is done by hand, with particular attention paid to the successive sorting. Vinification uses indigenous yeasts, followed by aging in carefully selected barrels.
