The vines, averaging 30 years old, grow in clay limestone and clay sand soils, which give this wine a well balanced structure. Hand harvesting and rigorous selection of the grapes preserve the purity of the aromas. After careful vinification in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged in oak barrels, adding elegant complexity.
